When you bring in your dog or cat for boarding with us, please make you have everything with you. Please use this checklist as a minimum:

• Vaccination certificates including (for dogs) the Kennel Cough vaccination certificate - see health page
• Dog lead
• Bedding if necessary, but we do provide
• Letter with animal of do's and don'ts
• Toys your cat or dog need and are close to
• Medication prescribed by your Vet, as long as we know in advance.
• Specialist food that we are not able to get

We provide:

• Food - except specialist food
• Bedding
• Heating
• Insurance - we have PetPlan

Opening hours arrival and collection of pets:

Mon - Sat: 9am to 11am, 4pm - 6pm
Sunday: 9am - 10am ONLY
Bank Holidays:  9am - 10am ONLY
