Opening hours for arrival and collection of pets
Mon – Sat: 9:30am to 10:30am, 4.30pm – 5:30pm
Sunday: 9am – 10am ONLY
Bank Holidays: 9am – 10am ONLY
Please call to discuss the arrival and collection arrangements over the Christmas period.
Covid-19 Restrictions
Picking up and dropping off of animals is now by appointment ONLY within opening times (see below).
The procedures in place at Moorside Kennels and Cattery are under strict conditions in line with Government guidelines.
What you need to provide
When you bring in your dog or cat for boarding with us, please make you have everything with you. Please use this checklist as a minimum:
- Vaccination certificates, proof of fleeing and worming, including (for dogs) the Kennel Cough vaccination certificate – see health page
- Dog lead
- Bedding if necessary, but we do provide
- Letter with animal of do’s and don’ts
- Toys your cat or dog need and are close to
- Medication prescribed by your Vet, as long as we know in advance.
- Specialist food that we are not able to get
What We Provide
We provide the essentials to give your pet a comfortable stay with us:
- Food – except specialist food
- Bedding
- Heating
- Insurance – we have PetPlan
